Program and duration of the workshop

Business model design can be a 1 or 2-day workshop, it depends on your needs. But be careful – there are 36 seats for Day 1, but only 12 for Day 2.

Day 1: The first day of the workshop is ment for individuals who want to learn the language of business model design and learn to connect the basic pillars of the business model canvas, as each individual pillar strongly influences the final form of your business model (all together there can be 387.420.489 different business models stemming for just one idea …)
